Godiva "Kin-tsuba Chocolat"

This is a collaboration between Nakataya, a long-established shop, and Godiva. The gentle taste of large red beans passed down by Nakataya is combined with the aroma and depth of cocoa that only Godiva can offer. 'Kintsuba Chocolat' is made by mixing the grain filling from the famous kintsuba shop Nakataya with Belgian-made chocolate, then carefully baking it with a thin coating. The rich aroma of cocoa and the gentle taste of Hokkaido's large red beans will spread. This time, making 'kintsuba' with chocolate was a 'challenge' for us. How to combine it with the traditional Japanese sweet 'kintsuba.' While making repeated trials, we focused on ensuring that the flavor of chocolate and the filling could be clearly felt, and we carefully balanced the Japanese and Western elements. We have a strong desire for you to enjoy the rich flavor of Belgian-made chocolate and the texture of Nakataya's grain filling.
