Sagami Lake Illumion

The 'Sagamih Lake Illumillion' event in Sagamihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture, will open on November 14, 2026. This is the largest illumination event in Kanto, featuring about 6 million bulbs. A collaboration area called 'Otorigami' with artists will also be held. AI, Sakurai Yui, back number, Mrs. GREEN APPLE, and MON7A will perform music and music videos with illumination, creating a 7-minute show that decorates the winter night. The venue will include a main monument with a large musical note, as well as musical-themed illuminated objects such as pianos, bus shelters, and balloon lights floating on staves, creating a photogenic space where every corner is picture-perfect.

The 'Otorigami' and the mountain slope behind it will become one, creating a scale-filled light scene. The event will be held at 'Sagamih Lake MORI MORI' (Sagamihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture), about 50 minutes by car from the Tokyo metropolitan area. This is the 18th year of the event, which is considered one of the 'Three Major Illuminations in Kanto'.
