This time, the new vintages are made using grapes from the production areas centered around the Shinshu Shiojiri Winery in Nagano Prefecture, expressing the individuality of each region. The company aims to expand its fan base and strengthen its communication about the efforts in the renowned wine-producing region of Shinshu. The seven new vintages are: - SUNTORY FROM FARM Iwadarehara Merlot 2022: A red wine with a harmonious blend of fruit aromas reminiscent of dark cherries and barrel-derived scents, with a concentrated flavor. - Same Shiojiri Merlot 2023: A refined wine with a harmonious balance of aromas of ripe fruits, rich fruit flavors, and tannins, finished with a smooth and cohesive flavor. - Same Shiojiri Muscat Bailey A 2023: A complex fruit aroma reminiscent of strawberries and blueberries, with a natural sweetness and concentration that extend through the aftertaste. - Same Shiojiri Merlot Rosé 2025: A fresh aroma reminiscent of white peaches and cherries, with a refreshing citrus-like scent.
