Cosmetic & Beauty Fair The Cosmetic & Beauty Fair will run from October 22, 2026 (Thursday) to November 4, 2026 (Wednesday). The event will take place at the following locations: - 2F 1-3 Chome Cosmetics - 3F 11 Chome TOBU Beauty Terrace - 1F 5 Chome Hi-net Special offers during the event: (1) Members using the Royal Card, TOBU Card, TOBU POINT App, or TOBU Friends Club membership card will receive 2% Happy Back! (2) TOBU Card and TOBU POINT App members will receive an additional 2% POINT! For every 5,000 yen (tax included, combined purchases allowed) spent at the target sales areas, customers will receive a Cosmetic & Beauty Shopping Voucher (100 yen).
