A special event called 'Encounter Legendary Pokémon - Legend Research in Nihonbashi & Yaesu' will take place in the Nihonbashi and Yaesu areas, where over 100 Pokémon will appear. The event, commemorating the 30th anniversary of Pokémon, will run from September 9 (Wednesday) to November 29 (Sunday). The opening event and media preview were held on September 8 (Tuesday) at Nihonbashi Mitsui Tower. The event features statues of Fushigiyan, Charizard, and Camerupt, as well as 19 legendary Pokémon statues.

During the event, visitors can explore the city while solving puzzles. The puzzles, created by Ryo Go Matsuda's puzzle group 'RIDDLER,' are designed for all ages and skill levels. A goods sales corner will be available on the 5th floor of Tokyo Midtown Yaesu, featuring original merchandise. They introduced the event's concept, which encourages visitors to explore the city and discover its new charm. Matsuda, a long-time Pokémon fan, expressed excitement about the event and the opportunity to create puzzles that appeal to all ages.
