The Osaka venue will be open from Thursday, April 22, 2027, to Sunday, May 9, 2027, at the Osaka Nankai ATC Gallery.

The exhibition is organized by the "UNDERTALE MUSEUM" Executive Committee, with support from Hachinoyon (8-4) and Fangamer. "UNDERTALE" © Toby Fox 2015-2027 All rights reserved. The key visual, released on September 3, 2026, was created exclusively for this exhibition by Temmie Chang. The composition features major characters gathered around a frame, with each character in a pose that highlights their personality, such as reading a book, holding a spear, playing a guitar, and holding a camera, on a background divided into white and black. The exhibition will provide a space where visitors can experience the world of the game, and it is said that the content will allow visitors to feel as if they are exploring the game's setting. The official website also has a comment from Toby Fox, who mentions that he has made many suggestions to ensure visitors have an "UNDERTALE"-like experience, and that the donated "dog hair" might be on display. Details of the exhibition will be announced later, and some content may differ between the Tokyo and Osaka venues. Information about merchandise and retail has not been released yet. A free gift for all visitors and a purchase gift for those who spend a certain amount at the venue will be available, and details will be announced later. The exhibition will have two types of tickets: entrance tickets and merchandise tickets, both with advance pricing. Children under school age can enter for free. UNDERTALE MUSEUM ticket prices (advance sale) - Entrance ticket General 2,500 yen (tax included) - Entrance ticket Elementary school students 2,000 yen (tax included) - Merchandise ticket General 5,500 yen (tax included) - Merchandise ticket Elementary school students 5,000 yen (tax included) - Children under school age Free The gift for the merchandise ticket is a "Pins & Coin-shaped Amulet Set." The pins are approximately W31 x H35 mm, and the coin-shaped amulet is approximately W36 x H60 mm in size, and will be given out at the venue and during the exhibition period. It will not be available for pickup after the exhibition ends or by mail. Due to limited quantity, sales may end once the limit is reached. If you wish to receive this gift for children under school age or for those who need assistance, you must purchase a merchandise ticket separately. The exhibition is partially time-allocated, with a sales limit per entry time. You cannot enter at a different time than the one you purchased, and no changes or refunds are allowed after purchase. There is no time limit for your stay after entry, but re-entry is not allowed. Reselling or transferring tickets for profit is prohibited. A pre-sale draw will be held for dates expected to be busy at the Tokyo venue. The application period will be from Friday, September 4, 2026, at 12:00, to Monday, September 14, 2026, at 11:59. The announcement of the winners will be on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 13:00. Applications will be made through the eplus website. The Tokyo venue's operating hours are from 10:00 to 19:00.
