A 19-day event at Suginami PARCO filled with cats. 'Nya-oto & Karucha' is an event to enjoy art and culture called 'PARCO ART&CULTURE.' This sixth edition will be held under the title 'Nya-oto & Karucha,' with cats as the theme. The key visual is created by RIKO UCHIKOSHI, a doll artist with a connection to Suginami. In addition to special performances inside and outside the store, events related to cats such as workshops and pop-up shops will be held. On the rooftop, the 'Grass Market' which is the sixth time held at Suginami PARCO will be powered up with a music stage.

A new guide character, 'Guntetsu Chi-mi Cat,' will appear. This event is also linked with the local event 'Suginami Cat Festival,' which has been held since 2010, aiming to revitalize the Suginami area and create a city where people and cats can coexist.
