Kashiwa Takashimaya will hold the 52nd Autumn Hokkaido Exhibition starting October 8 (Thu). The event will take place at the main hall on the second floor of the store. The first week runs from October 8 (Thu) to October 13 (Tue), and the second week from October 14 (Wed) to October 20 (Tue). The venue will be open daily until 7:30 PM. On October 13 (Tue), it will close at 6:00 PM, and on the final day, it will close at 5:00 PM. The participating brands may vary depending on the period.

Some products may use ingredients other than those from Hokkaido. A concurrent event, the Hokkaido Fair, will also be held from October 8 (Thu) to October 20 (Tue) at the 3rd Floor POP UP SPACE, Furari The Stage. The Autumn Hokkaido Exhibition features gourmet foods and pastries sourced by Takashimaya's Hokkaido buyer. This autumn's highlights are 'corn' and 'scallops.' Golden Hokkaido corn has a sweet flavor with a rich depth, and scallops are thick and juicy. They are the essence of the flavor of the sea of Hokkaido. In the second week, the ramen from [Matsuhara BEYOND], making its debut at Kashiwa Takashimaya, will be available for dine-in. The ramen features rich aged miso and the umami of fish stock. Both are bowls you will want to try.
