Hama Sushi, a sushi chain operated by Hamasushi Co., Ltd., will start selling limited-time items at all stores nationwide from October 6 (Tuesday). The 'Ookiri Mokkiri Yaki Bincho (Shiso Garlic Flavor)' is finished with a soy sauce that has a fresh shiso flavor and a garlic aroma, making it an appealing dish.

'Hokkaido-Produced Tsubu Kai Kimchi Gunkan' will be sold for 160 yen (176 yen including tax). The crunchy texture of the Tsubu Kai, the umami of the shellfish, and the spicy and sour taste of the kimchi that spreads as you chew will be addictive.
